Why does Yara Indonesia join PISAgro?
Yara’ aspiration is to be the leading provider of sustainable crop nutrition solutions, supporting farmer profitability through knowledge, quality and productivity. We feel that this aspiration is fully matching with PISagro’s ambition and objectives.
What targets does Yara Indonesia wish to achieve by joining PISAgro?
By joining PISagro Yara Indonesia is seeking synergies to develop its business model in coordination with key actors in the food value chain, particularly the ones purchasing the crops from the farmers. Crop Nutrition can have a huge impact not only on yields and farm productivity, but also farmer families revenues, crop quality and environment impact. Therefore to become more efficient we need to work together to achieve our common goals.
